Spent Christmas at a cozy hotel recently. Two things I enjoyed the most were the spacious and clean rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for us since it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. One more advantage was the tasty South Indian breakfast that was served right to our room. It was simple but delicious!

There were some aspects that I didn't like. The towels weren't always clean and we had to request new ones.

The hotel was located quite far away from the center of the city, making it difficult to access. the entrance to the hotel had a steep slope that made it challenging for normal cars. the bathroom was poorly designed, with awkward slopes and the placement of the toilet seat. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a South Indian breakfast served in-room.

The lack of basic facilities, such as TV and phone, was disappointing.

Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was helpful and friendly, and breakfast provided in room was simple but tasty. Easy access to nearby locations.

It was all superb.
